"After working in renowned gastronomic establishments and spending a year under the guidance of Chef San Degeimbre, I am proud to take the lead of the kitchens at Correspondance in 2026.

As a Belgian chef, cooking the great classics of Belgian and French gastronomy comes naturally to me. I enjoy adding a touch of originality and exotic influence to create a true correspondence on the plate.

My cuisine reflects both travel and a sense of home. Above all, I want each bite to transport you into my world."
